1.- THE RIGHT OF INFORMATION ABOUT THE DATA TREATMENT IN PERSONNEL SELECTION PROCESSES

1.1.- Who will process the personal data?

a.- Identity of the responsible person for the treatment, contact details, identity and contact information of the representative.

1.2.- For what purposes will we process the data? What is the legitimacy of the treatment? Who are the recipients of this data?

a.- The purpose of the treatment

The purpose of the personal data treatment is to respond to your offer to work with us, participate in the selection procedure, analyze, evaluate and manage your candidacy and professional profile within the framework of current or future selection processes and to contact and inform you of the present and future offers carried out during the time of conservation of your curriculum.

If the selection process is positive and we hire you, your personal data will be incorporated into the processing linked to human resources.

On the other hand, if the selection process is not positive and we do not hire you, your personal data will be deleted.

b.- The legitimation of the treatment is the consent given by sending the curriculum through the procedure established by the responsible person. 

We inform you that it is mandatory to provide us with the personal data that we request, since the consequence of not doing so is that you will not be able to participate in the selection process.

c.- The recipients or categories of recipients. There are no planned cessions.

d.- Conservation period

They will be kept for one year and then the data will be deleted. If after the year you wish to continue participating in the selection processes, you will need to send us your curriculum again.

If the candidate joins the organization, the curriculum will be processed as long as the contractual relationship is maintained.

e.- What are your rights?

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, removal, limitation of treatment, opposition to the treatment, portability and to revoke the consent given at any time, by sending a written and signed request, with a copy of your ID and another equivalent identification document, to the address of the responsible person.

You are informed that your personal data will not be the subject of a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal effects or that significantly affects you in a similar way.

You also have the right to file a Claim to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
